Don’t expect to be perfect one the first day, or the second or third week! It takes time to learn new skills, know office politics and dynamics...give yourself time.

What I liked

I learned more through this experience than I have from any Business and/or Marketing classes. The company itself was constantly challenging me to learn more, which was incredible. The department I was in included experts who took me under their wings and taught me so much valuable information.

What I wish was different

I'd love to get even more projects entrusted to me to challenge to me branch outside of what I'm used to.

Advice

I wouldn't have gotten this position if I hadn't reached out and been persistent in emailing multiple 'higher-ups' within the company. Branch out and make connections to stand out from other students who are also qualified for this position.
