I liked how I was able to see multiple different parts of the business and how value is created, right on the manufacturing floor.

I wish I was given more responsibility and more projects.

What I liked
I really like how much everyone at Gast took an interest in seeing me be successful, and doing what they could to give me a diverse amount of experiences.
What I wish was different
Nothing, This experience was overall amazing. I got really got experience, and was treated with respect. I really felt like all the contributions I made were valued and I was able to make a difference.
Advice
Take advantage of being able to take on experiences outside of just one roll. They are really open to letting you try new things, so take advantage of that.
