Advice
To anyone who hopes to become a behavior technician, I would say that it is very important to communicate with the scheduling team with any concerns. Working with children can be very exhausting and, if you feel overworked to any extent, you need to put your own mental health first.

I loved my coworkers and bosses, and everyone was so patient and understanding. I enjoyed the fun atmosphere and learning experience it offered to me.

I would tell people to search for a variety of jobs, and to apply for a job even if you don't think you are 100% qualified.
