I wish my role included responsibility in the management area, where I could have contributed to a better overall program if given that opportunity; such as fixing reoccurring issues with trips and implementing different behavioral strategies than the ones taught to us.
Advice
I would always stay involved within the community to make sure any assistance or needs with the young children were met in a timely manner.
