It was a really laid back work environment, projects were fun and pretty simple.
What I wish was different
I wish the owners of the company would have paid more attention to their employees and interns who had opinions and thoughts that probably would have better lead the company in a better path. I also wish they were more organized and had a more structured system instead of changing their minds every other day.
Advice
Don't take it personally if someone doesn't listen to your advice, its their fault for not wanting to include it in parts of their work/company/etc.
