GlobalTranz has an amazing atmosphere and culture. The Internship is project based and focuses on accomplishing real goals instead of just picking up coffee and shredding paper. The program is very flexible and allows one to work on projects they are actually interested in.

Take advantage of every opportunity that is presented and work hard to show others that you care and want to learn as much as possible. Time flies!

What I liked
I had a lot of decision making in my project, the supervisors I worked with helped me bring together the information I needed to better create my project
What I wish was different
More communication between different departments.There was trouble getting data from other departments in a timely manner. With my project being a new concept fir the company it caused some bottlenecks
Advice
Work as many days/hours as possible, the internship is short but can easily grow way larger than intended.
