It was an environment where I had the opportunity to develop my own very successful marketing tactic that I applied to this firm and will apply to other businesses in the future.
What I wish was different
I wish things would have started out efficiently earlier. It was a fairly non-structured environment until I made it into an efficient position.
Advice
Be on top of everything! It will really impress the boss if you know what you are doing from the start.
