I loved the atmosphere I worked in, all questions were welcomed and returned with amazing insight into what it’s like being in management.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have been there longer than 8 weeks to get a longer experience.
Advice
Definitely look for internships even if it’s not in your technical major field. I worked in management instead of marketing but still gain great experience and knowledge to use in the future!

Advice
Ask everyone what they think is the best way to do things is. When you get trained, you'll only be getting one manager's opinion instead of everyone who usually does that task.

What I liked
I liked that my shifts were early in the morning (5am). It taught me to be more organized with my schedule and it helped me free up a lot of time in my day while also working a part time job.
What I wish was different
I wish I was allowed to work more hours in one day. Unfortunately, the janitorial shift is a maximum of around four or five hours so it is not possible to work a full eight hour shift.
Advice
Be open about waking up early for work! I didn't know how I could possibly do it before I started, but once I got more shifts under my belt, I found it easier to wake up early and I very much enjoyed having the rest of the day to do whatever I wanted!
