I liked the hours. It was really flexible and I liked the work environment.
What I wish was different
I don’t think there is much that I would have changed, but if I could change anything, it’s the supplies. This was definitely out of the hands of the company, but last summer we learned how to make do with the equipment we had. There were a lot of shortages on pool supplies in the U.S.
Advice
I would say this job takes someone that has initiative. While the hours are very flexible, the boss is most likely somewhere else working on another issue at a different location. It depends on your work ethic and being a self-starter helps in this job.
