The employees took me on with open arms, I was worried about how I was going to be received but they treated me like family and taught me things that I would have never been able to learn in a classroom. My manager took me under his wing and taught me many different skills with computers and other pieces of technology. I also worked under other sections of the company and got a taste of what they fully do.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more time at the job, I would have loved to take on a full-time position but at the time I was still in high school, and was unable to do so. The people treated me well and I hope to see them again but that will be nothing but a dream for now.
Advice
Be ready to learn from your employers, no matter how much schooling you have under your belt nothing will beat experience and the ones you will work under will have that and you will be able to make your own while on the job.
