Gaining experience in the nutrition field
What I wish was different
Because of Covid, there were no lunch programs, which I missed. However, I still got experience doing the lunch programs the summer of 2019.
Advice
There is a lot involved with running a school foodservice, so if you have the opportunity to learn what needs to be done behind the scenes it can be very helpful.
