What I liked
I liked the focus of the organization! I also enjoyed the plain language training I recieved
What I wish was different
I wish that the onboarding process was well prepared in advance before I joined. I also wished that there were concrete projects for me to work on and that there was better support for me overall!
Advice
You have to be proactive about the experience you want. Demand what you need and make sure the experience is for the better. When you do these things you will have plenty to talk about the experience.
