The internship enabled me to become CITI certified, work on pre-clinical research, work with an absolutely amazing research team, learn how to analyze data, and work with animal behavior and drug testing.
What I wish was different
I wish that I could have been given a stipend or funding.
Advice
This experience was hands-down the best work-related experience I have ever had, but I believe that this was because of the positive and ambitious attitude about the job. My advise would be to make the best of every day because work can be fun, if you make it fun.
