What I liked
I liked how helpful and friendly all of my coworkers were, especially when it came to asking questions about the job and how certain things were done. Even though many of my coworkers had been there longer than I had, there was no feeling of a "hierarchy", like I was less qualified or able to do certain things. Obviously there were different positions, but someone with my title who had been there longer didn't feel like a superior.
