What I liked
I love the residents in the community that I work with. You build such an amazing bond with them that it breaks your heart when you have to leave them.
Also- being a community living support you get a lot of independence and freedom. If you don't like working directly with a supervisor and you're independent yourself this would be a great fit! However, there are strict rules and regulations to ensure you don't take advantage of that freedom!
All of the staff and supervisiors here are awesome!!
