I loved working with the Vision team as well with multiple departments such as Dental and Ortho. I enjoyed providing a high level of care for the patients we seen, ages 0-20. Overall it was a great experience.
What I wish was different
Out of the 50 employees in the office, I was the only male. At times a little bit intimidating but it taught me a lot about patience and empathy.
Advice
Do not be afraid to step into a new field, even if it has you step out of your comfort zone. There can be a wide range of opportunity if you take initiative to explore.
