Loved gaining hands on experience and working on a team. Felt like my experience was very applicable to my future career.
What I wish was different
Since Highpoint is a smaller company, there wasn’t any other interns which made it hard sometimes to work through problems by myself.
Advice
This experience really solidified to me that I am pursuing the correct field and in the right scholarly program here at Western. I recommend taking an internship to see if what you are doing in school is really something you can see yourself doing in the future.
