They were not afraid to give me meaningful assigns and tasks. The work environment was wonderful and positive. During the first week I was interning, HMB won a huge project. The work was fast pace to meet deadlines.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to be able to explore more roles in the company. For example, work for a few weeks in environmental.
Advice
Don't be afraid to ask for work to do, sometimes when you come into an internship position you may feel as if you cannot perform meaningful work.
