The staff and its a private club so it’s nice because we get to know every member.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked there longer but I had school in the fall.
Advice
It’s a great field to get into, you meet a lot of people who are willing to help you succeed in everything you do.

Outdoor Operations

What I liked
The staff at Horseshoe Bay was excellent. As an outside operations team, we communicated effectively together and helped stay after our shifts to set up the other coworkers coming into work for success.
What I wish was different
The hours I had to work were hard to adjust to. Some shifts we had to be at work at 5:30 a.m., and other shifts we wouldn't have to come in until 1 p.m.; therefore, it was hard to get into a good routine.
Advice
Working at Horseshoe Bay was a great way to meet lots of new people that shared a lot of wisdom with you.
