Management really could use a deeper understanding of what is going on. Possibly take into account other peoples lives before their own
Advice
The harder you work the better the job is, but once you show that you are a hard worker they ask you to do everything and forget about others at the job who still get paid the same to do limited work. I would say really crack down on the slackers so the hard workers do not quit because they have to do everything for no benefit.
