The team is very professional and gave me ample opportunity to work on special projects outside of my normal duties. It's a fresh, young campaign and Jeff is really focused on the younger generations, so he puts a lot of stock in his team and interns.
What I wish was different
The campaign is still new, so theres not a whole lot of organization yet, which can make it challenging. That's sort of the nature of campaigns though--you have to be willing to quickly adapt and change course and process.
Show that you're willing to work hard and offer suggestions and ideas to the team, and you will pretty much be taken seriously. If you don't put in any effort then you won't be given many side projects (which is where the fun is).
