Independence, variety, nice co workers and staff who are very helpful and you learn a lot in a short amount of time

The process to become a volunteer could be shorter or condensed. It takes a while to get all the paperwork filled out and information processed.

Advice

Be open-minded and expect to see something new every day. Flexibity is also good.
