I enjoyed learning about all the different parts of completing civil engineering projects, and making contributions so that the projects could be completed.
What I wish was different
Sometimes I wish that I could have had a heavier workload. There were some weeks where my time was a little slow.
Advice
Take classes seriously, because they can prepare or qualify you for internships or future jobs.

This is an experience every engineer should have. I learned a lot about creating plans and specs. I wrote proposals and worked closely with other engineers and contractors.
