I really enjoyed the flexibility that Juni allowed.
What I wish was different
I wished that there was a more direct communication channel with parents and students in terms of scheduling and expectations, one that they are actually incentivized to utilize.
Advice
It will be slow to acquire students at the beginning, usually, it takes about 1-3 months of teaching to get a full part-time schedule going.
