The culture there was amazing, and inclusion was extremely apparent and significant.

Advice
MBFS it’s a great place to work! I love Dom is everything about at the workload was manageable with school. People were extremely kind and nice and it was great working for such a household name.

What I liked
Great people work there. I got to learn a lot about working in the Car industry and some of the different aspects of the company. The whole over view of companies having a 3rd party call center and how services get moved around in the company.
What I wish was different
That they would've been more prepared for me. Also that I could've known more of the projects I would be working on from the start.
Advice
Be prepared to sit around waiting for other people. Don' t get discouraged if most days are slow. In the end it all gives you good experience.
