Wish there had been more interns in person/more in-person events for interns to meet each other
Advice
They offer remote work but I would strongly recommend being near an office and trying to meet up with people! Makes you feel more connected and like part of the company.

I liked the mentorship experience because I got to meet with my manager and a paired mentor every week to discuss ways to become a better software developer.

I wish that the onboarding process had been more clear and concise.

I recommend taking advantage of all the networking opportunities and learning from senior engineers about potential career paths!

What I liked
I learned so much throughout the entire summer and was able to use what I have learned in my classes in real world situations. Also, it was a great work environment to be in. Everyone was so helpful and kind.

Always ask questions about things you aren’t sure of. It may seem like a stupid question in the moment, but it will help you perform tasks more efficiently in the future.
