I love learning new lab techniques that I am able to use in the research field, such as running Western Blots, ELISA, PCR, etc. This start up company is also small so get to know scientists and coworkers well.
What I wish was different
I wish I could start my own project or design my own experiments but I am still new to the research field.
Advice
Make connections! Especially in your interested major/ work field. Join clubs, Greek life, or make friends in classes to stay connected to people of similar interests.
