The team I worked with was very team oriented in focusing on a provided task. Our managers were observant and helped interns develop their talents in IT.
What I wish was different
Interaction with other teams outside of research security would have played an interesting part in getting to know how other parts of the company functions.
Advice
Those who have a few years of experience in their field are generally knowledgeable and resourceful in their tools, there is a lot to ask and learn from co-workers.
