I love the company culture - everything they cared about was the employee's happiness. As an intern, I have had a chance to explore many different options for my future career path, and my supervisors and advisors were generous in giving me advice.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have more time doing actual work rather than just waiting for approval on access to the databases. I understand that this is necessary for them to maintain information security, but their approval system was rather slow.
Advice
Don't be afraid to talk to people; everyone tries to help you grow.

Working for Robert Half was amazing. Not only did I get day-to-day experience, but the program was supplemented with professional development seminars and a well rounded knowledge of all departments that found interesting.

I wish that more folks from Saint Mary's would have applied, because it is such a great experience, and very different from traditional accounting internships
Advice
Do not be afraid to tell your employer that you are interested in a different area of business. We had an intern who was a finance major with the finance internship and he expressed interest in information technology. He is currently working for Robert Half as an information tech consultant and it was all due to his last few weeks working in a different department that peaked his interest.
