The ranching lifestyle. I was able to work physically hard and learned a lot about what it takes to run a ranch. I also learned how to interact from different people from around the world both as employees
What I wish was different
The attitude of all the staff was very negative. Made the atmosphere unpleasant to work in. Managers made the situation worse.
Advice
Go in with a positive attitude. No matter what happens, don't add to the negativity circulating around. My new job has a much more positive environment because the staff don't complain.
