I felt like I grew so much from interning with RCSC. Every week we all got together and did a project somewhere around Rockland County. By doing that I learned so much things about myself. And from the specific site I was placed at I learned a lot about myself as well.
What I wish was different
I wish we all met up with the rest of the internship-ees and did more group activity. I also would love if there was a way to "trade" places with someone else who has a different site.
Advice
Be ready to learn a lot of great stuff about the environment and about Rockland County. The people who run this Conservation Corps are amazing. You're honestly going to love this place.
