I liked how I was able to do different jobs different days and was not stuck in the same spot all the time. I was able to work with different people which helped me learn how to work with different individuals with different personalities and work ethics.
What I wish was different
I wish I was trained in more jobs so that I could have been more beneficial and worked more overtime on the weekends to make more money. However, I am very fortunate for the jobs that I did know and for the overtime that I did get.
Advice
Learn to just go with the flow and listen to those older than you. I gained their respect by listening to them and doing what they asked. This gave me a good reputation around the factory which in turn made it easier to work with all the individuals since we all got along. I also feel that respect is a big thing for the older generation and when they know you respect them, they get along with you better.
