The job itself was pretty easy. I also liked working in a small and cozy environment.

I wish that the management and higher positions were trained to have better leadership and organizational skills.

It is a good part-time job but really hit or miss on your overall enjoyment depending on what location you work at.

Rude customers

Advice wise, I would say that you can't let the rude customers get to you, there are a lot of them and if you let them get you down it'll ruin the job.
