St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store and Social Services is both a retail thrift store and a ministry. Officially, we are an association of employees and volunteers dedicated to serving needy people in three counties in Southeast Idaho in the spirit of St. Vincent de Paul, their patron who was deemed “Father of the Poor” and poured himself out for suffering people in France in the 1600’s. Today at St. Vincent de Paul, all people are welcomed with dignity and respect where we try to provide hope and assistance for those who cannot afford their most basic needs: food, clothing, household items, furniture, utility assistance and other vouchers as their needs dictate. We hope that all those we meet leave as friends to shop with us again.
