What I liked
Friendly coworkers, a nice and fair manager, flexible hours, and a generally relaxed environment. Stio was a good place to get experience in retail, and a good entry-level job. The pay was great for the job, and Wyoming taxes are very light, in addition to getting free clothing every season and a 60-70% discount on everything you buy in store or online. The clothes are also some of the most comfortable, durable ,and good looking outdoor-wear on the market, better than companies like The North Face and Patigonia (in my opinion). My coworkers were fairly young (16 - 24 years old), and the manager treated us like equals and did not act like a traditional "boss." You can pick your own shifts for the most part, and there is no minimum or maximum amount you can work per week. The clients were in general relaxed, and would talk with us about the outdoors (it is an outdoor clothing store).
