What I liked
I liked being able to work on a project with a partner and how open-ended the project was. I learned a lot of cool things while working on it. Additionally, I think it helped me become a better coder.
What I wish was different
I definitely wish I had more real-world experience and got more chances to work on cases. I also wish there was a more formal software production process at the firm, so I could get more detailed feedback on my code quality and performance.
Advice
Definitely don't be afraid to ask questions! Most people are willing to help you and help guide you along the way. Also, definitely try to take initiative on things! If you see an opportunity for you to work on something new, definitely go for it!
