I really liked the work environment and how negotiable the scheduling was. My opinion mattered a lot and I felt really included in the company.
What I wish was different
Working in a small company has its ups and downs. In a smaller business, there is a lot less income coming in that we are able to spend to upgrade technology and other equipment.
Advice
I would recommend a job like this. It gave me a lot of experience working both at and with a company.
