Balance between micromanaging and complete independence with my mananger

I wish I would have asked more descriptive questions about management styles and projects I was going to be placed on throughout the summer.

Whether you liked the experience or not, you learn something with each opportunity and get one step closer to finding out what you want out of a job.

I liked the environment that encouraged me to be myself, as well as perform at my best.

I wish they allowed for overtime more.

My advice would be to learn how to balance multiple projects and perform your best on everyone of them
