Long Term Internship

May 2020 • Philadelphia, PA

What I liked

I really enjoy how welcoming and supportive every single team member is, not just on day one but every day. You gain invaluable experience right off of the bat and everyone around you is ready to help in whatever way possible. I also value how many different aspects of the company you are able to get your hands on, and whatever you find interesting you will be able to work on. The company culture is amazing and no day is the same. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Client Services Coordinator

March 2021 • Philadelphia, PA

What I liked

I liked that there was opportunities in every aspect of the company. I gained exposure to all sides of the advertising agency, and its operations. I also liked the flexibility in my hours and the days I work, as I am primarily a full time student. Having a remote position allowed me to work both at school and at home.

What I wish was different

I wish I was able to meet and interact with my coworkers in person. It is also hard to maintain your own schedule and hours when working independently, but the company has great resources, and once you are in a routine it is very manageable.

Advice

Don't be afraid to speak up and ask plenty of questions. They understand that you aren't going to know everything. It is always better to ask for clarification, then guess and feel confused.
