What I liked

Kind and caring company with regular support and communication on changing situations with the pandemic! They also culture an environment of reaching out on whatever you may need help with and setting you up for success upon hire, plus meet like-minded people interested in helping others!

What I wish was different

Slightly more active communication from HR in real-time for review processes, pay raises, and statuses of team meetings. More interaction between client teams and opportunities to meet coworkers would be great as well.

Advice

Do not take things too personally (to avoid burn out) and keep in mind you are still learning to get better! It may feel like a shock in the beginning, but all of the staff are very open to giving you whatever you need to get going-just ask!
