Wegmans is a great company to work for. I love having the opportunity to train in different departments and talking to customers/coworkers. They also offer a scholarship that I applied for and was rewarded.

What I wish was different

There is nothing I wish would have been different. I love working for this company, I have been there for 4 1/2 years now.

Advice

One thing I would like to share is to always be kind and have a warm smile. You never know what someone is going through and asking how someone’s day is going can make a huge impact.
