Advice
Try and talk to as many people within the organization as possible. Everyone is super friendly and interested in what you're working on. Gain insight from them and shadow them if possible.

The people who ran the target were really nice people and had an effective way of talking and always dealing with the team.

Sometimes the scheduling would be a little weird because it was paper schedules, so I think it should of been all electronically done.
Advice
When it comes to work retail, you got to have patience, and you got to have people skills for sure. You talk to a LOT of people.
