I enjoyed interacting with guests and offering support to my coworkers during the pandemic.

I wish we had a specific person in charge of checking people for masks. We didn't have enough training for this and it was very stressful.

Advice

Go into retail jobs with an open mind and kind heart; you may not always be treated with respect, but it's important to consider what might be fueling your guests' behaviors.

The experience was a little limited because of COVID-19. So I was not able to experience all of the job functions.
